Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by CodeServe Community ("CodeServe", "we", "us"), including website and app development, WhatsApp automation, AI chatbots, maintenance and digital marketing. By confirming a quote or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote or proposal that lists the work included. Work outside that scope (extra pages, features or changes) is quoted and charged separately.
2. Payments
- Projects: 50% advance before work starts, and the remaining 50% before the website or app goes live.
- Monthly plans: paid at the start of each month, or yearly in advance.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees. Taxes are extra where applicable.
- Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, paid themes or plugins, advertising spend and WhatsApp (Meta) message charges are not included unless stated, and are paid by the client.
3. Timelines
Delivery times start once we receive the advance payment and all content needed (logo, text, images, account access). Delays in content or feedback will move the delivery date.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated on our pricing page or quote. Additional revisions may be charged.
5. Ownership
After full payment, you own the final website or app content and design created for you. Domains, hosting and business accounts are registered in your name. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Support and maintenance
Projects include free bug-fix support after launch (15 days for websites, 30 days for apps and AI chatbots). After that, support is available through our monthly plans or on request.
7. WhatsApp automation
WhatsApp automations use the official WhatsApp Business Platform and must follow Meta's policies. The client is responsible for customer opt-in, message content and Meta's usage charges. We are not responsible for accounts restricted by Meta for policy violations.
8. Refunds and cancellation
If you cancel a project after work has started, the advance covers the work already done and is not refundable. Monthly plans can be cancelled with notice before the next billing date.
9. Limitation of liability
We build and test our work carefully, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, sales or results. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
